maybe it was just an odd thing but it is either spawner / block hoppers or the world anchors have a little bug where they don't work when a player is not in the area. I logged off and left my alt account to afk at the moosh farm in the nether, my egs farm is also in the nether my block hoppers and spawner hoppers are within the chunks that the world anchors are place. I come back about 2 hours later and my spawners that I had placed were not stacked even a little bit (yes there was fuel in the spawner and block hoppers) and my block frames didn't fill anymore then I left them. my alt isn't within the same area as the spawner / block hoppers but my alt had gotten a lot of xp so I think you need to be close to block / spawner hoppers now for them to work? or the world anchors aren't working properly
